The Company
Established over 20 years ago this client has gained themselves an outstanding reputation within the civil and defence industries and are now a force to be reckoned with. Currently employing over 120 within the UK and have an annual turnover of above £30m The company's principle market strength is it's ability to design, build, install and commission fully integrated high integrity hydraulic systems. Due to recent internal restructuring and expansion plans they are now looking to recruit CNC Machinists to join their existing machine shop team Programming experience is desirable however editing skills will be considered
Although initially this is a temporary position the successful candidate will be considered for a permenant role within the Company after a period of 13 weeks.
The Role
This role will include programming, setting and operating one of the following machines
**CNC Lathe
**Machining Centre
**Haas Operator
**Toshiba BMC 80
Working on small batches and one offs on a vaiety of size components from a few inch through to 3-4 tonnes .
Hours & Days:
Double days shift rotating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm Mon-Fri
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will be apprentice trained or time served with experience of programming on Mazak, Fanuc or Fagor Programming experience is desirable however editing skills will be considered
